About Us

Dr. Killian completed his undergraduate degree at California Polytechnic State University. He received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed an otolaryngology residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, CA. After resigning honorably as a full Navy Commander, Dr. Killian completed a fellowship in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery at the California Sinus Centers. After this fellowship, he began his practice in Boise over 10 years ago, earning the trust of both patients and referring physicians. He is one of the only fellowship-trained sinus and anterior skull base surgeons in Idaho and has worked hard to develop a reputation as the best and most experienced sinus surgeon in the region that many patients are willing to travel long distances to see.
